Throughout my extensive career in digital and human interactions, centered around empathy-driven approaches, I have developed a thought-provoking hypothesis. These preferences, I believe, have been shaped by the user experience limitations we have encountered in the digital landscape. However, with the advent of conversational possibilities enabled by Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), a massive shift in enterprise experiences is on the horizon.

These technology fascinated users- the knowledge workers, executives and C-suite members- started asking the question, "why can't we have the same consumer experience at work" ??

2021: Stakeholder Capitalism Converging with Decentralization- Powered by Cryptography
The new year started with the continued crisis state due to COVID-19 from 2020 followed by a "not conceded election" of the highest office in the oldest democracy in the world! The strongest democracy and super power in the world witnessed riots in the nation's capital which tarnished the heritage of peaceful power transfer. The year continued with less than perfect political and governance systems around the world including United States. Many unfortunate and disappointing incidents of violence, hatred and intolerance took place around the world. For many, it felt like the world is becoming more and more divided based on ideologies!

Imagine the world where we can predict everything in advance! Indeed, the first thought is, it would be a fascinating world!. But if you think again for a moment, it is a boring world with no excitement of unknowns!

As we pass the first half of 2019, I was just reflecting on an article I wrote at the end of 2018. Unfortunately there is only deterioration in governance and leadership in Washington. This has fostered a world with strain on long standing alliances and has allowed to create a "new normal" of unethical and criminal behaviors by many countries and leaders, normalized by the so called "leader of the free world"!

2018: An extraordinary year filled with fear of disruption by technology, fear of breakage of world alliances and chaos in Washington!!
The year 2018 has already earned its place in history books yet to be written with certainty. We have witnessed noticeable cracks in the rock solid multinational alliances, built on common convictions and survived for decades irrespective of the political ideologies. An exponential level of dysfunction in Washington which has been at its peak with constant revolving door for cabinet members and other officials. Social media is effectively used to shame, bully, make national security decisions and fire political appointees like never before!. The sanctity of the most admired elected office in the world has been erased and is filled with lies, media circus and propaganda to satisfy the relentless self admiration like a little child!!
